The Fall Creek Hibner School is built of brick and was made into a hom with an addition on it. It was then turned into a tavern. It is located between Payson and near the old Pfanschmidt farm.

The Burton School is located in the north edge of Burton.

The Ellington Standard School is on Route No. 24 a mile west of the Mormon farm and a mile north of Altenheim corner.

This school is part of the old Payson Seymour High School on Route 96.

The Fall Creek Marblehead School is in Marblehead, Illinois up on the hill. It was in operation from 1920 to 1950.

The Payson Schroth School is located about 5 miles northeast of Payson on the old road from Payson to Kellersville and Siloam Springs. It is a solid building made of stone.

The Riverside School is located on North 12th Street in Quincy, Illinois just across from the Soldiers and Sailors Home. It was formerly in the county before it was annexed into the city.

The Camp Point Center School has been torn down. It was located just off the old Cannon Ball Road about 3 miles north of Camp Point.
